SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the time they are received.

U.S. Warehouse Shipments
If your order ships from our U.S. warehouse, please allow 1–5 business days for delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Italy Warehouse Shipments
If your order ships from Italy, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days. A tracking number will be provided as soon as the shipment enters the United States and clears customs.

IN ADDITION
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item(s) so we can arrange an exchange.
