Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for exchange or store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email us at web@marcodelli.com and indicate your order number and which item(s) you would like to return. Please indicate wether you would like to exchange your order or receive store credit. Then place the item(s) securely in its original packaging and we will send you a return label.
EXCHANGES
After we receive your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 3 business days from the receipt of your item(s) to process and ship your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed and shipped.
MARCO DELLI reserves the right to inspect any returned items for damages and make judgements as wether the item(s) were worn, altered and/or washed. We reserve the right to charge a restock fees for non-compliance to our policy or to deny a return in part or full.
