Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for exchange only. Please see below for more information on our shipping and return policy.

SHIPPING

Order will be delivered to customer within 10 - 14 working days from the date it was shipped.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item for exchange or credit, please email us at web@marcodelli.com and indicate your order number and which items you would like to return. Please indicate wether you would like to exchange your order or receive a credit. Then place the item(s) securely in its original packaging and ship your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to ship your return and share the tracking number if there is one available.

EXCHANGES

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 21 days from the receipt of your item to process and ship your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed and shipped.

IN ADDITION

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item(s) please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item(s) so we can arrange an exchange.

MARCO DELLI reserves the right to inspect any returned items for damages and make judgements as wether the item(s) were worn, altered and/or washed. We reserve the right to charge a restock fees for non-compliance to our policy or to deny a return in part or full.
